रत्न जड़ित सिंहासन, अद्भुत छवि राजै

ratna jadit sinhasan, adbhut chavi raajai

On a jewel-studded throne your wondrous form shines

नारद करत निराजन, घंटा ध्वनि बाजै

narad karat nirajan, ghanta dhvani baajai

Narada performs the aarti as the bells resound

प्रकट भये कलि कारण, द्विज को दर्श दियो

prakat bhaye kali karan, dvij ko darsh diyo

You appeared in the Kali age and gave darshan to a brahmin

बूढ़ा ब्राह्मण बनकर, कंचन महल कियो

budha brahman bankar, kanchan mahal kiyo

taking the form of an old brahmin, you turned his hut into a golden palace

दुर्बल भील कठारो, जिन पर कृपा करी

durbal bhil katharo, jin par kripa kari

On the poor woodcutter Bhil you showed your grace

चन्द्रचूड़ एक राजा, तिनकी विपत्ति हरी

chandrachud ek raja, tinki vipatti hari

and removed the troubles of a king named Chandrachud

वैश्य मनोरथ पायो, श्रद्धा तज दीन्ही

vaishya manorath payo, shraddha taj dinhi

The merchant gained his wish, but then forsook his faith

सो फल भोग्यो प्रभुजी, फिर स्तुति कीन्हीं

so phal bhogyo prabhuji, phir stuti kinhin

he suffered the consequence, O Lord, then offered praise once more

भाव भक्ति के कारण, छिन-छिन रूप धरयो

bhav bhakti ke karan, chhin-chhin roop dharyo

For the sake of love and devotion, you took form moment by moment

श्रद्धा धारण कीन्हीं, तिनको काज सरयो

shraddha dharan kinhin, tinko kaaj saryo

those who held firm faith, their tasks were fulfilled

ग्वाल-बाल संग राजा, वन में भक्ति करी

gval-bal sang raja, van mein bhakti kari

Along with the cowherd boys, a king performed devotion in the forest

मनवांछित फल दीन्हों, दीनदयाल हरी

manvanchhit phal dinhon, dindayal hari

and the Lord, merciful to the meek, granted their heart's desire

चढ़त प्रसाद सवायो, कदली फल, मेवा

chadhat prasad savayo, kadali phal, meva

Offerings are made in plenty: bananas, fruit and dried fruits

धूप दीप तुलसी से, राजी सत्यदेवा

dhup dip tulsi se, raji satyadeva

with incense, lamp and tulsi, Satyadeva is well pleased
