Chaturbhuj Jagannath

the four-armed Lord Jagannath

कंठ शोभित कौसतुभः

Kanth shobhit Kausatubhah

the Kaustubha gem shining upon his neck

जगन्नाथ लोकानाथ

Jagannath Lokanath

Jagannath, lord of the worlds

नीलाद्रि सो पारो हरि

Niladri so paro Hari

दीनबंधु दयासिंधु

Dinabandhu dayasindhuh
